Leading Tough Conversations: Communicating Change Calmly and Clearly

April 15 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Whether you lead a corporate team, run your own business, or manage a household, hard conversations are part of leadership.
  • Raising prices
  • Setting boundaries
  • Delivering difficult feedback
  • Navigating conflict
  • Communicating a change to clients, teams, partners, or even family
For many women, these conversations feel heavy. Not because we lack capability, but because we care. We want to protect relationships. We want to be clear without being harsh. We want to lead without losing connection.
This workshop offers practical, structured tools to communicate difficult messages with calm authority and emotional attunement in both professional and personal settings.
Participants will learn how to:
  • Shift from “talking at” to creating real dialogue
  • Reduce resistance by acknowledging the impact
  • Structure change conversations clearly and confidently
  • Regulate themselves before and during high-stakes discussions
  • Avoid overexplaining, over apologizing, or shrinking
Blending communication strategy with nervous system awareness, this session equips women to lead conversations with steadiness and strength — in boardrooms, in client meetings, and at home.
Because clear, grounded communication isn’t just a soft skill.
It’s a life skill and a leadership advantage.
